Accepted PR exposes a stable read-only work discovery surface for claimable-now and opening-soon work, including issue number, title, issue URL, reward, max awards, effective awards remaining, availability state, and source bounty/proposal URLs where available. It must clearly distinguish live bounties from proposed-work issues, pending create proposals, pending payout proposals, closed/exhausted rounds, and non-claimable board/index issues; include tests for output shape and pending-create/open-bounty distinction; update concise agent-facing docs if a new endpoint or tool is added; and avoid admin-token APIs, private state, labels, comments, bounty creation, proposal execution, payouts, or ledger mutation.
