What has to be true

Accepted reports must include a public evidence URL or reproducible command, expected behavior, observed behavior, why it matters, and enough detail for a maintainer to verify. Reports must be current, distinct from accepted reports/open PRs/merged fixes, and avoid private security details, secrets, and MRWK price/investment/exchange/liquidity/bridge/cash-out claims. Duplicate or stale canonicalization/path/filter/MCP reports do not qualify unless clearly distinct and useful.
