What has to be true

One focused PR that improves MCP usability for agents and humans. Good scope includes a coherent bundle such as MCP input schemas, issue-number selectors for bounty lookup tools, structuredContent for JSON-returning tools, and safe field-level MCP argument errors. Must improve real MCP tool ergonomics, include tests for changed MCP behavior, update relevant docs/examples, keep backward compatibility unless clearly justified, and avoid write/admin/custody/exchange/bridge/off-ramp behavior. Existing old PRs may be referenced, but nothing is payable until this bounty executes and submitted current-head work satisfies the live bounty.
